I recently discovered a trick that has been working out well and felt the need to share and see what people opinions are about this.
What I do is keep some lather on the non-shave dominant hand (left in my case) and smear a thin coat of lather immediately after each stroke, this seems to give the skin conditioning properties a bit more time to soothe the skin and fix any damage that may have been caused.
