I saw the 2 ingredient scones thread, so thought I'd throw in my recent discovery. This flat bread comes out great -- easy and quick to make. It's literally 5 minutes from beginning to hot bread. It has a nice texture, with a good chew and some tang from the yogurt.
I guess it's really THREE ingredients if you count salt -- but I don't, cause ... well, it's SALT.
1 cup of flour
3/4 cup yogurt
Salt
In a bowl mix together yogurt, flour and a dash of salt.
Mix together until it forms...
