I'm headed for China next week. I like tea fine, and am actually happy drinking Lipton tea from bags, but certainly have enjoyed loose black teas from Darjeeling Assam or Sri Lanka fine, and have enjoyed loose Chinese teas such as Oolong. The trouble is, when I walk into a tea store in China, I have no idea what I'm looking at or what would be good. Can anybody recommend me a nice basic tea that's a step up from the mass market stuff in America without getting too esoteric? I typically drink...
