Need quick help with Flare Tip ID

I have two flare tips, top is a D1 and bottom is a B3. I know the dates. What I am wondering is the D1, isn't it a TV? Vertical only knurling is the tell tale, right? I have gotten both for $10 a piece, and they shave wonderfully. Just looking for confirmation on the TV.
