So, being a total genius, I decided to get a haircut the same weekend that I started DE shaving. I now have one sideburn that is angled up weirdly, and another that is just a little bit too high. I got to enjoy my new haircut for about 10 hours though, so that was good at least.
I guess you rub the shaving cream into place with a finger up there like you would with regular (from an can, ie: Barbasol) shaving cream? Is there a trick to the sideburns? With a cartridge razor there is the little detail single blade edge. The comb/bar of my safety razor makes this seem a little more tricky.
Tips? I didn't tear up my face, so aside from the sideburns, I'm considering my first shave with a safety razor to be a win.
