When I was working in the jail, I saw a lot of odd haircuts over 14 years. I would ask inmates if they paid for that haircut. Then I would ask them if they got in the chair and told the barber to make me look like a dork. One local set would shave their head, leaving a 2x2 inch patch in the center of the forehead, similar to the above. This area never got cut so many of them had hair hanging a foot or so down over their face. Not a great idea when they got in fights, nice handle for the other guy to hang onto.
