I know that there are a few really good strops out there for under $25, like the Filly from RupRazor and WD poorman's strop, but I am talking about the ones that seem unnaturally low. Macs is one that comes to mind. You can get a 3" x 24" strop with webbing component for $28 and change from them. You can find slimmer, shorter leather strops for even less. What are the possible flaws that you may see in such an inexpensive strop? Any great/horrific experiences that any of you have had? Thanks for any help you can give.
