Any Bevel like razors that fully enclose the blade?

I've converted my wife to DE shaving. She has a vintage pink ladies Gillette that she likes, except for one issue. The little "ears" at the sides of a DE blade are very sharp. When she is shaving around the "lady parts" the ears will nick and scratch her is some very sensitive areas. I have had problems with the "ears" slicing the backs of my ears while shaving my head, so I understand her pain.

I have taken to very carefully trimming off the "ears" with a pair of cuticle scissors. Usually it takes me 2 attempts to get the "ears" off and preserve the integrity of the blade. Needless to say it is a bit of a pain in the rear.

The Bevel razor has a head that fully encloses the blade so that no parts of the blade are exposed, except the cutting edges.

We've tried using all of my SE razors, which both too aggressive and hard to maneuver for her to be anything close to comfortable with.

Are there any other razors, vintage or modern, that have a similar head design to the Bevel that fully encloses the blade?
