What shavamac brush for face lathering?

Hi.

I'm considering buying my first shavemac brush. I do own a good amount of brushes already; Simpsons Chubby nr 2 in best, Colonel X2L, Commodore X3 and Semogue OC in badger. These are all very good for face lathering in my opinion.

So what kind of brush configuration should I go for in shavemacs expert selections? I prefer a knot diameter of 24 - 26 mm, a good backbone, a dense knot and soft tips. What will be the best hair grade and loft hight to go for? And is there a difference in performance between the knot shapes?
