Hi all.
Ive got a puck of Haslinger sandelholz and no matter what I do I cant seem to get enough water into it to get the desired consistency.
I like my lathers to be really well hydrated so they have good slickness and just enough cushion, and if they're too thick I get irritation.
Today I loaded for 30 sec with a soft silvertip brush, wet my face, added water four times while face lathering, and the lather was still too thick.
The lather that I squeeze out of the knot after I have finished is even thicker.
I didn't even soak the puck beforehand, I just wet it and loaded.
The soap seems super concentrated, which is great for economy, but im struggling with it.
Should I load less and add even more water?
Is the lather just going to be thick no matter what I do?
Please help me to dial this one in.
Cheers- Michael.
