I inherited an echo 225 from my wife's late father. It never has ran as good as I thought it should (there's a bit of a lag between the throttle and the head spinning and it's never really felt like it had a lot of power, like it was struggling)
Now I can't get it to run at all. I prime it, set the choke on every position and try to start and it will run for 10-15 seconds and die, if it happens to stay running when I pull the trigger it revs up and then sounds like it's really bogged down and the head either barely spins or doesn't spin at all, then it dies.
I took the air filter off and cleaned it, but that's the extent of my knowledge.
Any thoughts?
