Confused about TGN knot grades

Hi guys, I started a thread asking about knots already but I have it narrowed down to a some TGN knots. But I'm confused as they seem to have more hair grades than most sites and though they describe which grades they fall in, they tend to overlap.

For example some best can be the same or more expensive than standard silvertip. Also many guys seem to like finest which according to the chart is just above best but there's also an F2, but only in a couple sizes and the price can be around Grade A silvertip and I've heard very little about high mountain.
Then there's the question of fan or bulb . I think I at least know what knot size and loft height I want, 24mm and 50mm respectively.
