B&M Cologne Russe - Floaters?

I just got a sample of B&M Cologne Russe and love the scent but noticed that there's a ton of suspended particles. I am worried there's something wrong with it. My mailbox is frequently hitting 120F or hotter and wonder if the heat may have damaged it. Pic shows suspended stuff, looks like dust particles.
