I would tend towards a CF (Charnley Forest) a quite hard stone which is mainly used with oil or another buffer substance (Honing Solution, Glyzerine Water, etc.)

The coloration ranges from a light green to darker green sometimes showing red dots or lines...some stones appear in one coloration...some might show darker lines comparable to the stone you showed...

Slurry created is in white color.
