I have been using an Omega 10049 for a few months. It's a great brush, but I now feel it's a bit too floppy (and big) for face lathering. I was just about to order another boar - a smaller knot - (Omega 10066 or Semogue 620) today, but then I started thinking about badger. Who doesn't?
Given a budget of around $40 or so, what badger would the board recommend for face lathering? OR is a boar the way to go at this price range? I know it's subjective, but I am curious to hear thoughts.
PS - I have been looking at the 20 mm Whipped Dog Silvertip with handle. It's on my radar.
