For the life of me I can't get a good shave out of the 2 that I have. I have a gold post war 1940s-1950s Fat handle tech that was actually my first vintage razor, and a '64 Travel Tech. I have gotten a decent shave a time or two out of the FH Tech, but never a good one out of the Travel Tech. I always seen to wind up with bad razor burn on my neck and bleeders everywhere on my face. The shave is mild, but it's rough. I apply the same technique that I've come to learn with other razors in my collection and do just fine. Am I just spoiled by the almost flawless shaves of my TTO and cart razors, or is there something wrong with these 2 Techs?
