Still a relative "Newb" here.
But I still manage to get a daily Barbershop Shave every morning.
Until now, I have been face lathering with great success.
Yet I was yearning for those massive amounts of lather I remember from the old Western movies showcasing classic barbershop themes with HUGE amounts of lather bestowed by the barber.
For Christmas, my daughter bought me something very similar to this.
The texture on the inside makes it super simple to generate a goodly quantity of lather very quickly!
Case in point, this morning using modified Arko soap (I grind it up,add menthol and essential oils to it and form it into a cake) I loaded my Razorock Plissoft Synthetic Brush with soap, added the water from blooming the soap into the cup, did the brush thing and built a very respectable amount of lather in less than a minute!
Does a great job and is very cool looking at the same time.
