RazoRock Mentor with Parker 97 handle. Presents as new. That being said the finish is good but could be better (EJ or Muhle). But it's not bad for $20 new. Little more aggressive than EJ89 IMO. Msrp $20 for Mentor razor. MSRP $27 for Parker razor. Since they are mixed I am going with lower cost complete razor. $20
