I have an Above the Tie Kronos H2 and I love it. However I know one of the strengths of ATT is the interchangeable parts - 3 handles (& most artisan) + 8 plates + 2 caps. I have thought about getting other milder plates.
so how do you manage/use the parts and pieces? Do you have tips/tricks that you've discover with the options you have?
