That is who I will be impersonating over the next several weeks. Apparently some little bonehead has decided it is open season on what is in my desk. 2 fountain pens, One I really liked and one I tolerated were taken. A box of pencils, a box of fine line sharpies, and a box of erasers. The boss man says we need to stand in the halls during passing time. I understand that but it means our classrooms are unattended for a few minutes. I have my suspicions but I will be getting proof. A concealed webcam is being installed and the trap will be baited.
I have nothing personal here anymore but I have to have the supplies for work the kids do. I gave the general speech about stealing to each class, threatened and now out come the big guns. Apparently this kid has lots fear power because no one ratted him out.
On a positive note I replaced one of the pens with 2 Metropolitans. IMO the math works. one pen disappears, 2 come in the mail. My wife does not understand that math. I have almost decided which pens will replace the Studio with.
I am pretty impressed with how they write. Not as smooth as the Lamy's that were taken but the nib is a noticably finer so I will expected some scratching. Ink flows very well with the included cart. It was a good buy. Thinks for the recommendation.
