Looks like an uneven grind, which isn't unusual on old Sheffields.
Thing is - that type of uneven-ness doen't usually impact your shave.
It 'may' affect wear marks on the spine and bevel, or not. Depends on how it all maps out.
Fixing it - is possible, but expensive and - IMO - not worth the bother for that blade.
Hone it so you can see what's going on.
