I bought this gun used 20 years ago and just fired it for the first time 2 weeks ago.
When I would retract the casings I had to hold the cylinder or it would slide off also.
I am not familiar with revolvers so I thought this was normal. It sure made the cleaning easy.
So I took this to a gunshop to trade in for a rifle and he said the gun is broke and I should take it to a gunsmith.
It fired fine and is tight when closed but the cylinder will slide right off when I flip it open.
For the life of me I can't figure out how it's supposed to hold into place. If I had to guess, it looks like it's pressed in.
Anyone have any experience with these guns?
