Just a quick observation, I have started to notice that certain razors will hone faster and better than others. I have found that some blades do not seem to take an edge and it takes forever to sharpen. Then their are razors that seem to hone themselves. As I continue to learn it is good to develop a sense of what kind of steel I am working with. Anyway, I have discovered a frustration that happens when I go through my stones and finish with the strop and razor is not sharp.:angry: But there are also many successes that bring great joy:biggrin1:.
