I have a dilemma, which razor/blade combo to try next. I am still in the discovery phase and just received a small blade sampler from tryablade of blades that I want to try. Trouble is, in the mean time I also picked up two additional razors, a black handle SS, and a red tip to go with my EJ89. Now I have many combinations to try and not sure which one to pick next.
Starting with the best combo so far is the EJ89 w/ Lord Platinums, but followed closely by the SS w/ Ascos.
I have the following to try
EJ89, SS, Red Tip
Feathers, Polsilver, Personna Reds, Personna Lab Blue, Personna Med Preps.
I am inclined to stick with the EJ89 and cycle through the above blades, but the SS does give a smooth shave.
