Tried le pere lucien: thoughts

So I tried this soap just a few times. I really like the performance, and the way my skin feels afterwards. However, there is a low level 'burning' throughout the process. Any thoughts on what this may be? I've only shaved with a Arko stick and Proraso green and red so far, without the same issue.



Would other soaps like MDC, Mike's, or MWF have similar effects?
