Newbie strop choices

Well I have a straight right now out getting honed, an old wedge I picked up and am looking forward to trying my first straight shave.



So that brings me to the question of strops, which one?



I have been looking at the filly from rup razor, poor man's from whipped dog, or the 2" Latigo from star shaving.



I have no clue. From what I read they are all great strops, but what is the difference? Will I get more edge maintenance from one over another? Do I need linen?



I just have all these questions and all the info is confusing and a lot to take in. Thanks ahead of time for the help.
