HERM'S FIRST BBS! Damn, this is sweet!

Today marks a number of milestones in my wetshaving adventure. First, today is my 1 month anniversary in wetshaving. Second, today marked the first time I used my 1957 Gillette Super Speed (birth year). Third, today marked my first BBS! It went amazingly smoothly, the razor just glided over my face. So smoothly, that during the first pass (WTG) I thought nothing was happening :001_huh:. So, when done with that pass I felt my face and was surprised at how close it already was (DFS) :thumbup1:. If I had been in a hurry, that would have been enough . So, since I wasn't in a hurry, I did a second (XTG) and a third (WTG) pass anyway. I usually need a few "touch up" passes in certain areas, but not today. :001_smile



So THIS is how it's supposed to be? Wow, can't wait until tomorrow! :w00t:



My setup is nothing fancy:



Cream: Proraso Green

Razor: Today: 1957 Gillette Super Speed (EJ DE89L before today)

Blade: Astra SP

After: Nivea After Shave Balm
