I recently bought a SR on ebay and I love it. it is an old Army shaver and I intend to use it as a daily shaver. I took it to a local sharpening store and was told that he had never honed a SR but would like to try. He didn't spend any time on it and was done in less than 10 minuets. While he was a nice enough guy I don't think the SR is honed properly. He also gave me a leather to strop with but it is very narrow. I can't find anywhere to buy SR supplies around here. Can someone point me in the right direction to get my SR shave ready? I'm in the Atlanta/Marietta area in Ga.
