I just got into the world of wet shaving. (very sad that I didn't discover this MUCH sooner, as I am in the military and I MUST shave daily) As I began to shave this morning, normally I don't shave on the weekends but I just got all my supplies in, gradually because I live overseas, I loaded my Merkur 38C with what I thought was a single DE blade from a generic brand that I purchased at the store on base. "The" blade did an outstanding job, however, as I started the ritual of cleaning my coveted razor, I noticed that there were TWO blades that were loaded in the razor. I instantly began to feel that "nostalgic" burning feeling of my old five blade cartridge razor. My questions are, has this happen to any of you, and do I need to worry about my face being irritated later on? I'm quite sure this will NEVER happen again to me again.
