Kind of piggybacking on Buca's thread, but linen is a topic I've been interested in and I didn't want to side track his post.
So what are your favorite vintage and currently available linen components and do you find one works better than another, especially with a particular hone? IOW, do certain hones need linen more than others or a particular kind of linen?
