I recently placed an order from John over at Ogallala Bay Rum based on other members recommendations and I have to say that this is exactly the Bay Rum scent I was searching for. I ordered the original B R shaving soap, an original B R aftershave along with their cologne. I shaved this morning with the soap and it lathered wonderfully very slick(Did I mention how how much I like the scent) I got a very good close shave and it did not dry out my face. I finished my shave with a splash of his aftershave which did not burn much at all. # hours later I am still getting whiffs of the aftershave.
BTW,prior to ordering I contacted John, the owner with a few questions regarding his products and he was very pleasant and friendly.He also included a bunch of shaving soap and aftershave and bath soaps samples with my order. The BR sandalwood, the BR limes and peppercorn and the BR sage with cedar are on no on my radar. I highly recommend this line to any B R fans.
