Can't believe it's been two years since my buddy recommend getting an Edwin Jagger DE, and learn how to shave like my Grandfather and man up. "Shave like a man, like your Grandfather you wuss". Oh, and he also mocked the can goop, my bad shave and heartily recommended this website. I figured I'd give it a shot, and ordered a EJDE89 and a VDH Luxury kit with a sampler kit of razor blades. I' figured I'd be 'saving money' in the long run.
Instead, one new (3 foot long) shelf I had to install in my bathroom loaded with wet shaving stuff later I'm still waiting to save some money. I also wouldn't change a thing. So after 2 years I figured I'd PIF some extras I've accrued over the past two years. It doesn't compensate for what I learned regarding how to shave (I was WAY off), that there is a reason and existence of shaving soaps and brushes, and why people actually use aftershave : more amazingly, some of those aftershave actually smell really great and there's more than just Aqua Velva, Old Spice and Brut. Some of them even come in comically shaped forms, and even better, a lot of them are made of glass. It's been like learning about some secret society where the password would be 'The Veg','Gillette Fat Boy' or 'Shulton Old Spice'.
Most of the long time guys probably will already have most of them, but it's open to anyone in CONUS (think I used that right).
The stuff :
1 bottle of Pinaud Clubman Lilac Vegetable AS
1 bottle of Stetson Cooling AS (glass)
1 bottle of Eau de Grey Flannel AS (glass)
1 tube of C & O Bigelow shave cream (large)
1 pack of 10 Feather razor blades
1 Sterling Shave Soap Polo scent
1 Spray bottle Jovan Musk cologne
Everything is unopened and unused (especially the Veg) except the Jovan Musk, which has been sprayed a few times. I may also add to the lot as I finish renovating my downstairs bathroom and find more stuff, and I plan on making a quick stop at a place by my job that has a ton of cool sampler bottles.
If you want in, just say in and list your favorite 'cult' movie. I'm a huge cult movie fan, especially from films in the 70's and 80's. I already have three 'cult' movies picked out, and whoever picks or gets it first wins. Otherwise, I'll probably just take your names and random integer the lot, but that seems less fun.
