Well, I have finally registered after lurking for for a few months.
I wanted to take an opportunity to thank everyone for the advice in this board. Being a fairly new wet shaver (about a year), there was a lot of info I was missing. I have found reliable vendors, and obtained lots of basic info on creams, razors, etc. One example of that is Sampson's (http://ift.tt/KutqSI) after shave - It is exactly what I have been seeking for years.
A special thanks goes to Maggard Razors (http://ift.tt/1icZz0h) for their willingness to create samples from all of the TOBS creams. I would never have been able to find out which ones I loved and which I hated without spending lots of bucks. Actually, almost all of the ones I thought I would hate I ended up loving and vice versa.
Presently, I am waiting for my slim adjustable to come back from a razor revamp at Razor Emporium (http://ift.tt/KutqSK) . I am having it done in rhodium. I will let you know how it turns out.
