So I've been DE for 2 months now using a 23c. So far I have found that the sharper blades I use seem to be a smoother shave. I've tried the green perma sharps and they were ok, but seemed to pull a bit too much on the first pass. Also, it is not a very clean first pass, lots more that needs to be mowed down. Next tried yellows and they seem to be the best shave I've been getting so far. I just found my dad's '66 slim adjustable in excellent condition and tried the perma sharps again on a 7 setting. First time using this razor, it felt so smooth with no pulling. First pass was def. better then the 23c. Is this razor at a 7 that much more aggressive than my 23c?? Is it time for me to dump the 23c and get a more aggressive razor or work on my technique?
