I just want to share a recent experience I had with Edwin Jagger Ltd. I recently dropped my DE89L double edge razor, snapping the screw from the top plate. I wrote to Edwin Jagger in Sheffield, England, and was contacted by KC in the Repairs Department, who advised that they had the part and would ship it to me in the USA immediately. I just received my package today and let me just say, the folks at Edwin Jagger went above and beyond to satisfy me.
