I think it's bull crap that they place cigars and pipe smoking on the same level as cigarettes as far as risk, and charge that same higher rate, but the forms just say "tobacco - yes or no." My main question though, is do they ever really try and find out if you are smoking, if you say you aren't, or is it just a case of if you end up with a condition that they deem was caused by smoking, they will try and prove it was because of smoking and not cover your medical expenses concerning it?
