It is a GEM single edge but packaged to be a bank. Original box, original key and no discernible wear on the razor or bank. There is a small button at the bottom of the front of the bank in the second picture. Depress it and the bank separates from the bottom half where the razor and blade container reside. The last picture shows the key having opened the bottom of the bank door. The thing is solid and heavy steel.
