Soap pals:
Got my brick of Cella about 10 months ago. Wonderful stuff. My daily driver. I don't use anything else. Anyway, I keep the stuff in a cool dark place, wrapped in plastic, then a ziplock, and in the box. I cut a piece off every few months. It is starting to get a bit creamy brown colored on the surfaces, but still smells just fine. How would I tell if it is rancid? Still performs great. Would it begin to smell funky?
