The recipient will receive a briar pipe (the exact one will be a surprise) czech tool, and pipe cleaners.
The only requirement is be a new, or recently re-started, pipe smoker of less than a year, currently have no more than two (2) briars, and post a pic. of the haul in a separate thread.
