Anyone ever suspect they got a bad batch? I just got another bowl of Proraso green from an eBay vendor. I cracked it open to check it out and noticed that the scent was a little off. Not spoiled. Just smelled different. So I went to run my fingertip on it and found that it was really really soft. Almost liquid. I tried working it with a brush and the brush actually scooped the soap out of the container. It has the consistency of cottage cheese.
So I lathered in my hand and the lather was normal. But felt different when I rinsed my hand. Felt rubbery and dried out.
I'm going to dump it and write it off as $6.75 lost.
Bad batch of Proraso?
