I wondered if there was definitive evidence that you get a better shave before or after eating. I have it in my head that it is better to shave before eating and that the reason has something to do with blood circulation. After eating, does your body send more blood to the stomach areas to help digestion? Does this affect the plasticity of the skin and face?
Personally I prefer to shave before eating and generally feel like I get a better/more comfortable shave. I would be interested in the science though.
Thanks.
