That's the worst looking blade I've ever seen in my life !!
I could understand it if it was an ancient carbon steel blade, but a modern stainless steel blade shouldn't go rusty like that !!
Does this always happen when you use Bolzanos, or was it a one off ?
If it's always happening, you could have a faulty batch, if it's only a one off, it might be a dud.
Depending on the brand, I only get 3 - 4 shaves from any blade, but I've never had a problem with rust.
Mallorca, Spain has nasty, hard water with 4x the recommended Chlorine levels (it controls the E-Coli)
Consequently I have to scrub my razor under the hot tap and dry it on a towel otherwise it would get gunked up with water marks on the surface, I've also read that Chlorine corrodes chrome plating !!
I also rinse my blade under the cold tap at full pressure, blow hard to get rid of residual water and put the blade in a dry razor (usually a different one ever day) ready for the next shave.
As an extra precaution I have a sachet of silica gel in the plastic container where I keep my open tucks to absorb excess moisture. I keep the container about 3 feet above the sink on the shelf directly over the tube light - the hottest and driest place in the bathroom !!
I've got a few grains of dry rice in the retro tin with a hinged lid where I keep my loose blade rotation.
I don't know if this information will be of any use to you
