I thought all President razors were made in 1953-55 and they all have date codes. I saw one today with lined handle so it should have code but it does not. The seller also reports that the razor has no date code.
Looking closely at the bottom plate where the handle connects, it seems like someone fooled around with it and perhaps changed the head with 40s Super Speed head. There are lot of marks visible on the bottom plate and brass is showing. Because only they don't have date codes. The plating on this head doesn't look as bright as the handle so I'm not convinced that it is Super Speed head(Nickel plated) mated with a President handle(Rhodium).
