How can I avoid rust on a blade?

Hey there.
I written it in my personal shaving journal but maybe here I could hear more opinions and ways to avoid the problem.

I'm pretty newbie on wet shaving and i read a lot of people using the same blade multiple times. But somehow I'm getting rust dots on the blades.

My usual routine after a shave is to loosen up the razor (2 piece merkur 34c) with the blade still inside, rinse it in tap water, shake couple of times, sink it in rubbing alcohol for several seconds and shaking it lightly again and that's it, im leaving the razor in the bathroom and not in any cabin, keep it loose until the next use.

Today before I started the shave as I'm about to tighten the razor i saw a bit of rust at the side of the blade, I only used this blade ones and it was just 2 days ago. Btw i don't know if it's matters but it was perma sharp blade. After my shave to avoid it i just put the blade out and on a little magnet.
Is there a way to keep blades from getting rusted without getting them out from the razor?
