Gillette set ID, maybe Single ring, maybe not

Hello,

recently saw a couple of such sets on Ebay and in google images. Couldn't ID it on Achims site or anywhere else.
It looks like these come mainly from France, some have the Made in USA script above the diamond, some doesn't (or it just faded away).
Around three of five came with a single ring, others had a tech or ball end.
Is this a single ring set? When was it produced? Has this box any stamps on the bottom?
