Astra SP for $5.25 per 100? Yeah, right. Help me understand the auction scam.

I've seen lots of scams, but can anyone help me with the point of this seller's scheme?

My automated search for my blade addiction came up with $5.25 per 100 Astra Green SP in the USA.

But "This seller is currently away until May 28, 2016, and is not processing orders at this time. You can add this item to your watch list to purchase later." So you can't order.

A further search of "seller's other items" produces ridiculously priced razors. Merkur Futur under $10! Tons of them, like a $17 Feather AS-D2. Even further searching, then the listings disappear. How this happens I don't know.

Is there a point to this?

No, it's not going to increase traffic, traffic doesn't pay. No, it's not going to bring me back to this shady seller. I think there are safeguards in place so you can't pull a fantastic last scam and flee with millions? Any idea?
