Two Pass Cart Shave

Before starting to read this forum I had no idea that a two pass shave was even a possibility. Learning with a de razor 55 years ago and later with cart razors, I was not inventive enough to even think of doing two passes. One and done was the rule. Two years ago, here in this forum was my introduction to the 2 pass shave, where it was quickly adopted and practiced to this day.

Two nights ago, preparing for a night time shave, I saw a Bic single blade cart sitting on the shaving shelf and thought, why not. Face lettering some ARKO cream, and making a two pass shave, produced a DFS shave. Last night I face lathered Godrej cream and used a two blade Wilkinson Sword Classic Razor. (The Wilkinson Sword Classic has a very narrow head that is very good for getting into places where there is very little room, such as under the nostrils). Again a DFS shave.

A two pass shave with a DE or a cart. They both work for me.

Now, if I could only do two passes with a straight without nicking myself.
