I now have a Dutch oven which is pretty sweet because I've been looking for one of these for a while now and the wife got it for me for Christmas. I now have one griddle three cast iron skillet's small, medium, and the uncle Buck size lol and the Dutch oven wish I can use outside or for camping or in the oven. Now I need some cast-iron pots and I'll be set. Does anyone know on what temperature you cook with these in the oven? I know that's probably dumb question but I'm used to cooking outside. My first attempt is going to be baked chicken.
