Let's imagine that one of us has thousands of blades (and, let's face it, all of us probably do) stocked up in a drawer or cupboard in our shaving den. Since that "den" is probably the one room in our house that has the most moisture, how should we be storing our blades to prevent moisture from reaching them?
I read a thread from a couple of years ago where one of our posters was told (by a doctor... who uses an electric razor) that blades will last longer if stored in the freezer. That suggestion didn't receive much support in follow-up posts. But when you think about it, that's the one place in the house least likely to be reached by any moisture.
Another option would be a vacuum sealer, such as is used for food storage.
How else might a few thousand blades be stored for future use where they won't be touched by moisture?
