I'm an alopecic male (hair thinning on top of head) mid 20s. I usually shave my head. Since alopecia is genetic and can't be cured, I end up shaving. Usually after a shave I will 80% of the time use carrot oil, with coconut and olive oil being the other times.
What do you guys use? My mom keeps everything from avacado, to argon, mineral, jasmine (mineral). I find the coconut to be soothing, Olive tends to have a lot of oil per gram, but I use the carrot oil because it is the perfect viscosity for me, easy to clean up, and both olive and carrot oils have a light, not overbeating smell to them (like coconut oil).
Having wet shaved for two years, I prefer oil to alcohol in most of my heavy post shave routines, especially involving my head shaving.
